This role is for people who care deeply about quality, enjoy working on difficult frontend problems (both UI and performance), and have outstanding taste.\nWe are an extremely lean team and plan to reach $10M ARR with fewer than 20 people. This role has direct exposure to founders and real responsibility from day one.\nWhat you’ll do\nTurn rough ideas into end-to-end, delightful experiences\n\nBuild using: React, TypeScript & Redux\n\nShip multiple times a day, in 1-week sprints\n\nTalk to users whenever needed to uncover core problems\n\nEngage with other teams to quickly solve impactful problems\n\nBreak down complex topics clearly in writing and in person\n\nCollaborate closely with product and design\n\nWork in a CI-driven environment; we optimize for cycle time, PRs merged per week, and planning accuracy\n\nRaise the bar for the codebase, standards, and quality\n\nExtend our automated end-to-end test suite with Playwright\n\nWhat we are looking for\n100% alignment with ourOps Principles (if this doesn’t resonate, please do not apply)\n\n2+ years of professional frontend experience\n\nEnjoyment of live collaboration (e.g. pair programming & huddles)\n\nHigh ownership mindset and strong attention to detail\n\nStrong interest in quality, not just shipping features\n\nClear communication and documentation skills\n\nGrowth mindset (e.g. learning and sharing new technologies with the team)\n\nBackground\nStrong candidates often come from:\nSoftware engineering roles at top tech companies\n\nOther paths that demonstrate building high-quality products at high velocity\n\nLogistics\nThis role is remote or on-site in our Berlin office.
