You'll also own competitive intelligence and product positioning to shape the market's perception of Hipp and our differentiated product offering.\nWhat you'll do\nPositioning and messaging\nDevelop and refine Hipp Health's positioning, differentiation, and messaging.\n\nUnderstand how practice owners, executives, and department leaders evaluate software, and tailor our story to their priorities.\n\nUse customer conversations, sales feedback, and competitive research to identify compelling, credible reasons to choose Hipp.\n\nTranslate product functionality into clear explanations of customer value, supported by evidence.\n\nProduct launches and go-to-market strategy\nShape product packaging that helps buyers understand our offerings and how they address their needs.\n\nPartner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop go-to-market plans for new products and changes to existing offerings.\n\nTurn positioning into clear website messaging, sales narratives, and customer-facing materials.\n\nLead product launch planning and execution, including target audiences, positioning, messaging, required assets, internal readiness, and success measures.\n\nEquip Sales with the knowledge, demonstrations, and materials needed to explain new capabilities.\n\nPartner with Demand Generation and Sales to maintain an evolving ICP and buyer persona strategy and optimize pipeline velocity and win rates.\n\nMarket intelligence\nConduct research into market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to strengthen or product offering and GTM.\n\nPartner with Product Management to ensure positioning reflects real market shifts and informs roadmap decisions.\n\nSales enablement\nDevelop and maintain compelling sales decks, product presentations, and supporting sales materials.\n\nScript and record product demonstrations that connect functionality to real buyer problems and workflows.\n\nCreate narratives that help Sales explain Hipp's value to different stakeholders within a buying group.\n\nWork closely with Sales to understand objections, improve materials, and ensure they are useful in customer conversations.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years of product marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.\n\nAn understanding of enterprise buying processes and how to communicate with multiple stakeholders across a complex organization.\n\nExperience shaping product messaging, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.\n\nStrong writing, presentation, and visual storytelling skills, with examples of turning complex product capabilities into clear customer value.\n\nThe curiosity to learn the product in depth and engage directly with customers.\n\nThe ability to set priorities, work independently, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing as the first dedicated product marketer.\n\nProven experience working with AI tools to create efficiencies and expand your individual capacity.\n\nYou do need to be a creative problem solver and communicator who can take an idea from customer insight to a clear, useful finished asset.\n\nBonus points\nExperience in healthcare SaaS, especially marketing practice-management technology to provider organizations.\n\nExperience marketing to behavioral health practices, including ABA, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.\n\nExperience marketing AI or agentic products.\n\nExperience with a platform that sells to both mid-market and enterprise buyers.\n\nCompensation and location\nLocation: Remote, US\n\nBenefits: 401(k) match, full health, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, two off-sites per year, FSA, HSA, short-term and long-term disability, and more.\n\nExamples of your work\nWe'd like to see examples of product marketing work you've personally developed, such as a sales deck, recorded demo, positioning framework, website messaging, or product launch.
