This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with scope, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nAs a founding member of HIPP's first Midwest office, this individual will provide local technical leadership, build client relationships, support proposal and business development efforts, and help develop the Indianapolis team and office operations. The position works closely with the Client Solutions Executive and HIPP's established delivery teams and reports to the Vice President of Project Delivery.\nResponsibilities\nManage projects from proposal development through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and client communication.\nServe as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout each project.\nCoordinate with discipline leads, technical teams, subcontractors, and project controls personnel.\nMonitor project progress, budgets, schedules, work hours, and deliverables, taking corrective action when necessary.\nEnsure project deliverables follow HIPP's established quality processes and standards.\nLead or support proposals, interviews, scope development, fee strategy, and other pursuit activities.\nPartner with the Client Solutions Executive and company leadership on target accounts and business development efforts.\nRepresent HIPP during client meetings, site visits, interviews, and relationship-building activities throughout Indiana and the Midwest.\nDevelop relationships with local clients, contractors, subconsultants, and vendors.\nHelp recruit, onboard, and mentor Indianapolis team members and establish effective local office routines.\nDeliver projects that generate strong client references, repeat work, and opportunities for expanded services.\nQualifications\n10+ year's experience leading projects for life science, pharmaceutical, CDMO, healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or regulated manufacturing clients.\nExperience managing projects from proposal through completion.\nStrong client-facing, project leadership, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to support business development, proposals, interviews, and pursuit strategies.\nFamiliarity with applicable state building codes and industry standards.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a developing office and market.\nAbility to travel regularly throughout Indiana and the surrounding Midwest, with periodic travel to HIPP's Raleigh office.\nHIPP is interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States.
