We are looking for someone with strong experience designing mobile applications, websites, web applications, dashboards, admin panels and other complex digital interfaces.\nYou will work directly with clients, product managers, developers and other designers across projects in different industries and countries. You should be comfortable understanding business requirements, challenging assumptions, proposing solutions and presenting your design decisions clearly to stakeholders.\nCandidates with agency experience are strongly preferred because this role involves working across multiple projects, industries and client requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and understand requirements directly from clients, product managers, developers and end-users.\n\nTranslate business and user requirements into information architecture, user journeys, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.\n\nDesign intuitive and visually strong experiences for:\nMobile applications\n\nWebsites\n\nWeb applications\n\nDashboards\n\nAdmin panels\n\nEnterprise systems\n\nKiosks and other digital interfaces\n\nCreate and maintain reusable UI components, design systems and style guides.\n\nDesign navigation, forms, workflows, tables, dashboards and complex interaction patterns.\n\nConduct user research, usability testing and design validation where required.\n\nIdentify usability problems and improve existing digital products.\n\nPresent design concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.\n\nExplain and defend design decisions based on user needs, usability principles and business requirements.\n\nWork closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.\n\nReview developed interfaces and provide clear feedback before release.\n\nWork independently across multiple projects while collaborating closely with the wider product and delivery team.\n\nStay updated with modern UI/UX practices, design systems, accessibility standards and digital product trends.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects, not only visual designs.\n\nStrong proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping and design systems.\n\nStrong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, responsive design, usability and visual hierarchy.\n\nProven experience designing mobile apps, websites and web applications.\n\nStrong experience designing dashboards, admin panels or complex workflows.\n\nAbility to turn incomplete or high-level requirements into structured and usable product experiences.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across screens and platforms.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage design responsibilities across multiple projects.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nStrong written and spoken English communication skills.\n\nComfortable communicating directly with international clients and stakeholders.\n\nAble to present design concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.\n\nComfortable receiving direct and constructive feedback and iterating quickly.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience working in a digital agency, software agency, consulting firm or fast-paced product environment.\n\nExperience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.\n\nExperience working with developers and understanding technical constraints.\n\nExperience designing enterprise software, SaaS products or internal business systems.\n\nExperience designing kiosks, self-service interfaces or other non-standard digital interfaces.\n\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage, but coding is not No. This is primarily a product and UI/UX design role. The majority of the work involves interfaces, user journeys, workflows, prototypes and digital products.\nWill I work directly with clients? Yes. Senior designers are expected to participate in requirement discussions, understand client problems and present design concepts and recommendations.\nWill I work on only one product?
