We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently program, set up, and produce precision-machined components from raw material to finished product.\nSchedule & Pay:\nFull-time, Monday-Friday\nStarting pay: $24+/hour, with higher pay based on experience and programming ability\nDirect-hire opportunity with long term career growth\nQualifications\nExperience programming CNC machines from scratch, not just editing existing programs.\nStrong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and setups.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.\nExperience creating CNC code directly at the machine and/or through CAM software.\nProven ability to take a part from concept, programming, setup, machining, and final production.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nKnowledge of precision measurement tools and quality inspection practices.\nIdeal Candidate:\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on CNC Programmer/Machinist who can independently determine how a part should be manufactured, create the program, complete the setup, and produce a high-quality finished product with minimal supervision.
