# CNC Machinist / Programmer

Employbridge/Hire Dynamics is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing precision manufacturing company. We are looking for a skilled professional who can independently program, set up, and produce precision-machined components from raw material to finished product. Schedule & Pay: Full-time, Monday-Friday Starting pay: $24+/hour, with higher pay based on experience and programming ability Direct-hire opportunity with long term career growth Qualifications Experience programming CNC machines from scratch, not just editing existing programs. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and setups. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Experience creating CNC code directly at the machine and/or through CAM software. Proven ability to take a part from concept, programming, setup, machining, and final production. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality inspection practices.
