Production Loader

Employbridge is hiring Production Loaders for a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role working directly with plywood materials and industrial drying equipment. Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding work, repetitive movement, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment with high temperatures and humidity.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Swing Shift Schedule
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Pay

• $16.14/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Manually load 5' x 4' plywood sheets into industrial drying ovens.
• Safely work around production equipment, conveyors, and drying machinery.
• Perform frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and turning throughout the shift.
• Monitor material flow and maintain production standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a hot, humid, and non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and maneuver plywood materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all PPE requirements.
• Must provide and wear steel-toe footwear.
• Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, roofing, farming, or other physically demanding experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
