Hire Dynamics is searching for a Pickers, packers and loaders for a facility in Shelby , NC.

Distribution center is seeking a dependable and hardworking Distribution Center Associates to join our warehouse team. Associates will be responsible for picking orders, packing products, and loading shipments accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Shift/Pay:

·Tue-Fri 11pm-6am

·Tue-Fri 5pm-3:30am

·Sat-Mon 6:30pm-6am

·Pay $19.35

Responsibilities for Picker, Packer and loader include:

·Pick products accurately based on customer orders and pick tickets.

·Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.

·Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.

·Communicate findings and quality concerns with team members and supervisors.

·Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, picking, packing, or loading experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
