Join a manufacturing team in Lancaster operating press brake equipment to produce quality metal parts in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00pm-6:30am
  • Overtime as needed

Pay Rate $24.25

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust press brake machines
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Read work orders and measurements
  • Troubleshoot minor production issues • Follow safety and maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders.
  • Reliable work history and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a physical and meet mobility requirements.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
