This is a full-time, hands-on role. Your first focus will be owning HubSpot administration, lead lifecycle, and conversion tracking so that paid, email, and event programs are measured against sales-accepted leads and revenue, not form fills. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-minded, and comfortable owning a marketing-sourced pipeline number.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta campaigns, with LinkedIn used for account-based programs against a target account list\n\nOwn conversion tracking end to end, including UTM governance, GA4, HubSpot ad integration, and offline-conversion import to optimize toward qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue\n\nManage budget allocation by network and campaign against cost-per-SAL and pipeline targets, and restructure spend that does not produce qualified pipeline\n\nBrief creative and landing pages, run structured tests, and report results weekly\n\nAct as HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator, managing properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, lead routing, forms, and integrations\n\nDefine lifecycle stages jointly with sales (Lead, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity) and enforce them through automation\n\nMaintain database health, including deduplication, enrichment, suppression cleanup, and GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance\n\nBuild HubSpot campaigns with spend items attached so attribution and ROI reporting work natively\n\nProduce marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue reporting for leadership, reconciled against the sales pipeline\n\nPlan and execute the email calendar, including product announcements, partner communications, webinar promotion, newsletters, and segmented, behavior-triggered nurture tracks\n\nMonitor email deliverability and resolve root causes of bounce, spam, and unsubscribe issues\n\nOwn promotion, registration, lead capture, and follow-up for webinars and industry trade shows in partnership with sales and the SDR team\n\nRun industry surveys and research programs that support thought-leadership content\n\nHand off leads to sales with clear ownership, stage, and next steps, and close the loop on conversion results\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience in B2B demand generation or marketing operations, including serving as the primary HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator for a company\n\nDeep, hands-on HubSpot expertise: custom properties and objects, lifecycle design, workflows, lead scoring, lead routing, campaigns and spend items, multi-touch attribution, and custom reporting\n\nCurrent HubSpot Marketing Hub and Reporting certifications, or the ability to earn them within 60 days of start\n\nHands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management with a track record of optimizing to down-funnel outcomes through offline-conversion import\n\nStrong data discipline, including clean segmentation, database hygiene, and a working knowledge of deliverability metrics\n\nComfortable owning a pipeline number and defending budget decisions with data to sales leadership\n\nExperience marketing to technical buyers with long purchase cycles sold through channel partners\n\nStrong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication style, and the ability to document processes and definitions\n\nMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in professional AV, broadcast, video technology, or education and government technology markets\n\nProficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio; basic SQL\n\nFamiliarity with SDR enrichment and sequencing tools (such as Apollo, Clay, or Nooks) and how they integrate with HubSpot\n\nExperience with webinar platform operations and trade show lead-capture workflows\n\nExperience running LinkedIn Ads for account-based programs\n\nExperience managing vendors and agencies, including SEO and content partners\n\nTools & Technology:\nHubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub\n\nGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager\n\nGA4 and Google Tag Manager\n\nWistia, Zoom Webinars, and Typeform\n\nZapier, Apollo, Clay, and Nooks\n\nSemrush or similar SEO tools\n\nGoogle Workspace\n\nSlack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools\n\nPlease NOTE:\nIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
