Our client needs a hands-on leader who can coach Account Executives and SDRs, own revenue targets, and build a repeatable sales process. Experience leading sales in a call center, BPO or outsourced services environment is a strong plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs\n\nOwn team revenue targets, pipeline health and forecasting\n\nRun weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching and call reviews\n\nBuild and refine sales playbooks, scripts and processes\n\nStep into key deals and senior client conversations when needed\n\nTrack team KPIs and report performance to leadership\n\nPartner with operations and delivery on smooth client handoffs\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years managing a sales team\n\nA proven track record of leading a team to hit or exceed revenue targets\n\nExperience selling to US-based companies, founders or executives\n\nStrong coaching, forecasting and pipeline management skills\n\nPrior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered\n\nReliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading sales in a call center, BPO or outsourced services company\n\nExperience building a sales team or process from early stage\n\nExperience managing distributed, international sales teams\n\nTools & Technology\nCRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)\n\nLinkedIn Sales Navigator\n\nVoIP and dialer tools\n\nSales reporting and dashboard tools\n\nGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365\n\nSlack, Zoom, and task management tools\n\nPlease NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
