This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B background who is comfortable prospecting into universities, AV integrators, enterprises and public sector organizations, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership. Fluency in English plus at least one other European language is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nRun multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) into European accounts\n\nQualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings\n\nEngage prospects in English and at least one other European language\n\nHit weekly activity and meeting targets\n\nMaintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM\n\nShare market feedback with sales and marketing to sharpen messaging\n\nWork closely with senior sales leadership on account priorities\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS or hardware\n\nFluent English, plus German or French (or two European languages)\n\nBased in the EU and able to work EU business hours\n\nA proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets\n\nPrior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered\n\nReliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience selling technical products, especially AV, video or hardware\n\nExperience prospecting into education, government or enterprise accounts\n\nFamiliarity with lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC\n\nTools & Technology\nCRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)\n\nLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo\n\nVoIP and dialer tools\n\nGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365\n\nSlack, Zoom, and task management tools\n\nPlease NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
