You will be working inside the company's own in-house platform, which combines a database of businesses and contact information with an enrichment tool that functions similarly to Clay, allowing you to create customized research variables per prospect. this is the primary requirement\nAbility to research an ICP, identify genuine pain points, and build copy angles that land rather than generic pitches\nKnows how to structure a proper cold email sequence and understands cadence, tone, and escalation logic\nStrong A/B testing discipline with the ability to optimize campaigns based on real performance data rather than gut feel\nPast campaign results to show -
