If you have commercial electrical estimating experience, are proficient in Foundation ERP, and can manage the administrative and accounting work that keeps a construction operation running cleanly, this role is a strong fit.\nWhy You'll Want to Join\nYou will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)\nPaid Time Off in accordance with company policy\nObservance of Holidays per company guidelines\n100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive\nThis role requires availability during US business hours\nWork inside a growing construction management firm with institutional-grade clients and a multi-state project portfolio\nHigh-ownership role with direct impact on bid accuracy, project coordination, and financial reporting quality\nWhat You'll Work On\nCommercial Electrical Estimation\nPerform commercial electrical quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications\nAssist with preparing and organizing bid packages for commercial electrical projects\nReview plans and specs to identify scope, materials, labor, and cost inputs for estimates\nMaintain organized estimate files, bid logs, and supporting documentation\nCoordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure bids are accurate, complete, and submitted on time\nTrack bid results and assist with post-bid analysis and follow-up\nProject and Administrative Support\nProvide administrative and coordination support to project managers and company leadership across active projects\nAssist with new project setup and maintain accurate project information within Foundation ERP\nMaintain organized electronic project files and supporting documentation\nCreate and maintain project, work order, and job tracking logs\nAssist with purchase order creation, tracking, and vendor coordination\nTrack project-related invoices, purchase orders, material purchases, and other job documentation\nFollow up on outstanding administrative items to help keep projects moving\nAccounting Support\nEnter vendor invoices and routine accounting transactions in Foundation ERP\nAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing\nPrepare and enter customer billing and apply customer payments\nReview invoices for proper job and cost-code allocation\nEnter and maintain job-cost information and assist with cost transfers and corrections\nReconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies\nAssist with preparation of job-cost, billing, AP/AR, and other internal financial reports\nWhat You Bring\nHands-on experience with commercial electrical estimation and take-offs -
