Managing teams in the execution of large or complex audit clients. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to junior colleagues on engagements.\nYou will be delivering on engagement in an IT advisory capacity to assist the company’s clients in managing risks involved with information management, IT governance, business systems risk management, project risk management and information security.\nKey requirements:\nAnalysing audit strategy and plans\nDefining ideal target audit approaches that leverage technology and data analysis\nEngaging with audit and internal audit partners and managers to work together with them in teams\nTeam leadership\nProviding insight to our audit clients about IT in their businesses in presentations and reports\nProject/engagement management\nReview and quality assurance of deliverables\nDevelop internal and external client relationships\nClient liaison and problem-solving\nAbility to identify potential business development/sales opportunities\nReporting of findings to key stakeholders (client and audit), as well as investigating mitigating controls and procedures for control deficiencies\nReport writing\nBuilding capabilities and methodologies in the areas of system-based auditing and data analytics\nPerformance management of allocated colleagues (up to 5)\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years of working experience\nExperience in performing IT audits and auditing the IT systems of external and internal audit clients, specifically in the Investment and Fund Management, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Markets, and Insurance space is required for this specific position.\nExperience in IT Attestation audits (ISAE3402, SOC 1) and PCAOB audits is advantageous.\n Education & certificates:Completed BCom / BSc is essential, completed Honours is
