You will also be directly involved in developing and deploying AI solutions, the latter being a highly desirable skill for this role.\nResponsibilities:\n\n1. Team Management and Leadership:\n- Lead a team of data scientists and ensure they have the necessary resources, guidance, and support to succeed.\n- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.\n- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.\n2. Project Execution and Delivery:\n- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.\n- Define project goals, requirements, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders and project managers.\n- Apply advanced data science techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling) to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.\n3. Technical Expertise and Strategy:\n- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics techniques to continuously enhance team's capabilities.\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in solving complex technical challenges.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the company's data strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and client requirements.\n- Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches within the team.\n4.
