created by junior engineers.\nRequirements:\n- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.\n- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on bulk water and sewer infrastructure.\n- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.\n- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations related to water and sewer infrastructure.\n- Proficiency in
