The purpose of the Mid-Level Front Arena System Analyst (SA) is to provide Capital Markets\nknowledge and practical application of business analysis to design, develop and implement functional\nand/or technical system solutions to Capital Markets challenges. This role has a client system focus.\n????????????????:\nUnderstand and clarify client requirements: Gather and interpret client functional and/or technical system requirements to identify and define system challenges.\n\nDeliver solutions: Design, develop, and implement functional and/or technical system solutions to address client business challenges.\n\nEnsure solution quality: Verify that delivered solutions meet the original requirements with high quality.\n\nSystem configuration and development: Configure systems and/or develop software to meet client needs.\n\nRequirements gathering: Elicit, document, and manage system requirements for functional/technical specifications.\n\nSolution design & scoping: Contribute to defining project scope and design effective solutions.\n\nTesting & verification: Define, validate, and document test cases and results (unit, integration, regression, UAT). Perform quality checks before production delivery.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain thorough documentation for requirements, solutions, and testing.\n\nSystem training: Train client business users on system functionality.\n\nPost-implementation support: Provide system maintenance and client assistance after go-live.\n\nStakeholder engagement: Work with colleagues, project teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.\n\nPlanning & prioritisation: Plan task execution, manage workload, and prioritise critical tasks.\n\nContinuous learning: Develop and improve knowledge of system analysis and capital markets.\n\n????????????:\nB.Sc. Honours in Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or\n\nB.Eng.
