You will be responsible for delivering technical and operator training programmes to develop workforce competency across mineral processing operations and mobile equipment while ensuring compliance with statutory and operational training requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and facilitate technical and operator training programmes in line with operational and statutory requirements.\nDeliver theoretical and practical training for mineral processing operations and mobile equipment operators.\nConduct training needs analyses and implement skills development initiatives aligned with operational requirements.\nAssess, evaluate and monitor learner competency through workplace assessments and practical evaluations.\nDevelop, update and maintain training materials, assessment documentation and training records.\nCoordinate learnerships, skills programmes and other training interventions in accordance with MQA and SETA requirements.\nEnsure compliance with applicable training legislation, quality standards and regulatory requirements.\nLiaise with operational teams to identify training requirements and support workforce competency development.\nMonitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare training reports and maintain accurate records for compliance, audits and management reporting.\nRequirements:\nGrade 12\nNational Diploma in Mineral Processing/Metallurgy/ODETDP or a related qualification.\nMQA registration as a Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator\nMinimum 2 years' experience in training within a mining or mineral processing environment.\nExperience delivering operator training on surface mobile equipment and TMMs.\nExperience in mineral processing and/or coal beneficiation operations.\nWorking knowledge of surface mobile equipment, including front-end loaders, excavators, track dozers and graders.\nStrong facilitation, presentation and communication
