The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and training activities.Responsibilities:\nAdminister HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes\nMaintain employee records and databases\nHandle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures\nAssist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks\nCoordinate and conduct employee training sessions\nAssist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives\nHandle employee relations issues and provide support to managers in addressing disciplinary matters\nEnsure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing\nParticipate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed\nSupport the HR Business Partner in extracting compiling, distributing and record-keeping relating to daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and ad hoc HR reports\nConsolidate and compile various information required for reporting purposes\nConduct internal audits on various HR processes\nRequirements:\nProven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the mining industry\nKnowledge of South African labor laws and regulations\nProficiency in HRIS and MS Office\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field\nTwo to four years of relevant HR administration experience\nHR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plus\nValid driver’s
