In this role, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues, whether hardware or software-related. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge IT solutions.Responsibilities\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues.\nInstall and configure software, hardware, PCs, and laptops.\nEnsure systems are backed up and maintained properly.\nDocument all tasks and duties related to IT support.\nProvide remote management and support services.\nManage relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and ISPs.\nOffer first-line support by addressing frequently asked questions.\nMaintain and update the website with product details and industry news.\nDevelop and maintain the management reporting application.\nRequirements\n\nIT-related degree or diploma.
