It is not office-based, and the successful candidate must be fully engaged on the factory floor with a proactive, problem-solving approach.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and supervise a team of skilled maintenance personnel in a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment\n\nOversee daily plant maintenance operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance systems and procedures\n\nActively participate in the installation and commissioning of new production lines\n\nEnsure adherence to strict health and safety regulations, as well as non-alcoholic beverage production standards\n\nPerform troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems\n\nMaintain critical spares and oversee procurement of maintenance materials\n\nLiaise closely with production and engineering departments to ensure smooth coordination\n\nRequirements:\n15-20 years of experience in the beverage manufacturing industry is essential\n\nFitter trade qualification or a trade in electrical/automation is required\n\nStrong hands-on experience with line installations and maintenance of bottling machinery\n\nWillingness to commit to a minimum 2-year contract\n\nStrictly no alcohol\n\nMust be able to work in-country unaccompanied - this position does not allow for family relocation\n\nMust be physically fit and able to work in a demanding, hands-on environment\n\nStrong leadership and communication skills\n\nAdditional Information:\nThe company will cover visa costs, international flights, and in-country accommodation\n\nA highly competitive, experience-based salary is on offer for the right candidate\n\nThis is a career-defining opportunity to be part of a high-impact, technically challenging role in an international setting.
