The successful candidate will work with multiple sites, complex pay rules, shifts, reconciliations and payroll queries. Hands-on Sage 300 People experience is mandatory.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end payroll processing, including capturing, validation and reconciliation.\nProcess payroll across multiple sites, including shifts, allowances, deductions and variable pay.\nUtilise Sage 300 People to accurately process and validate payroll transactions.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and exceptions.\nManage UIF administration and support IRP5 reporting.\nComplete EMP201 validation and IOD administration.\nManage benefit capturing, reconciliations and payment files.\nEnsure payroll processes comply with statutory and company requirements.\nRespond to payroll queries and resolve complex payroll matters.\nWork closely with HR, Finance and operational teams.\nIdentify and resolve payroll issues before finalisation.\nMinimum Requirements\nProven experience as a Payroll Administrator in a complex payroll environment.\nMandatory hands-on experience with Sage 300 People HR, Payroll & ESS.\n2-4 years' relevant payroll experience.\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Payroll, Finance, Accounting, HR or a related field.\nExperience with multi-site, shift-based payroll, custom pay rules and reconciliations is highly advantageous.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nNational Senior Certificate and valid driver's licence.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organisational and time-management abilities.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.\nHigh level of confidentiality and professionalism.\nContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.\nOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.\nApply for this role today, contact Tiffany Rielly at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn\nYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: \nWe will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
