team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using Battery Energy Storage Systems.\nReview and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, specifications, and technical requirements to develop accurate and competitive proposals.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including technical scope, equipment selection, system design, cost calculations, project schedule, and risk assessment.\nWork closely with various internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure alignment and coordination during the proposal development process.\nLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders to identify suitable equipment, materials, and services for the proposed solutions.\nCoordinate and lead technical discussions, meetings, and presentations with clients to explain proposal details, address inquiries, and provide technical support.\nCollaborate with the operations team to transition proposals into project execution, ensuring a smooth handover and maintaining continuity.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements in BESS technology, and regulatory requirements to enhance proposal development strategies and stay competitive in the market.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of proposal development processes, tools, and templates.\nProvide support and technical expertise to the sales team during project bidding processes, including attending site visits, conducting technical assessments, and estimating project costs.\nTake part in post-proposal activities like client meetings, negotiations and clarifications.\nQualifications and Skills:Honours degree in Engineering/Postgraduate Diploma/4 year degree\n5 years working experience\nProven experience and knowledge in Electrical Design and Project Management\nKnowledge of SAP, the OHS Act, Electrical Market and ISO Standards\nProficient in using design and analysis tools including AutoCAD and solar design software like Helioscope\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.\nRenewable energy or solar experience\nDemonstrated project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.\nExperience with PVSyst or other commerical solar, wind or building energy modelling\nFamiliarity with project budgeting, costing, and
