The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all products and services provided by the company. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:\nProvide support on quality issues to all areas of the business including construction delivery, proposals, procurement, and business services\nParticipate in Supply Chain management processes\nPreparation and execution of PQPs and PMPs on all Nuclear projects\nIncorporation of industry standard requirements such as NQA-1 requirements \nExecuting the internal audit program increasing transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of QM audits to create a business impact\nEnsures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting of all business units\nDrives quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA)\nProvide continuous management and support to all projects\nRequirements:\nQualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or equivalent with professional registration\nQualified as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001\nMinimum of 7 years in the EPC industry as QA Advisor\nExperience in RCA methodologies will be advantageous\nTrack record of training and implementing company strategies successfully\nUnderstanding of ISO 9001 principles, RD-0034 and ASME NQA1-\nUnderstanding of ISO 19011 principles\nUnderstanding of basic principles of Engineering / Procurement / Construction and Project Management\nUnderstanding of project management principles - PMBOK, Contract Management & Planning\nProven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is essential\nProven proficiency in recognized Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)\nExperience in multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction industry\nKnowledge of the nuclear industry, particularly the applicable industry standards, codes, regulations, and practices, would be advantageous\nContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.\nOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.\nApply for this role today, contact Ashley Feldtmann, Rebecca Grylls, Miné Roux, or Thomas Stacey at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn\nYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: \nWe will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
