Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development and training\n? Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and scope development\n? Prepare and/or manage designs, reports, specifications, and tender documents\n? Represent the business in client engagements and relevant industry bodies\n? Ensure adherence to QA systems, HSE regulations, and engineering standards\n? Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress\n?
