availability, and backup strategies.\nManage, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL database environments, both community and enterprise versions.\nPerform troubleshooting, tuning, and performance analysis across large-scale Postgres environments.\nLead Oracle-to-Postgres migration projects and provide guidance on cross-platform compatibility.\nCollaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless DB integration.\nImplement security best practices, policies, and access control management.\nProvide L1 -L3 support to internal teams and external customers.\nDocument procedures, create knowledge bases, and mentor junior DBAs.\nParticipate in after-hours support rotations when necessary.\nAssist in technical pre-sales support and solution architecture during client engagements.\nRequirements\nDeep experience with Enterprise PostgreSQL platforms\n5-8 years hands-on DBA experience, with at least 3+ years focused on PostgreSQL\nExperience with Oracle Database is a strong advantage.\nProven track record in performance tuning, replication (streaming/logical), backup & recovery.\nStrong Linux command-line skills and scripting capabilities.\nExperience with monitoring tools (e.g. pg_stat_statements, Prometheus, pgBadger, etc.).\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container-based deployments is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills and
