The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, building codes, and regulations.\nMonitor progress of projects and coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.\nDevelop and implement construction schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.\nReview project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility, and provide technical expertise and advice when needed.\nConduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.\nIdentify and resolve construction issues, including design changes, unforeseen obstacles, and scheduling conflicts, in a timely and cost-effective manner.\nHire, train, and manage site staff, including contractors and construction workers, to ensure a skilled and productive workforce.\nCollaborate with procurement teams to source and select subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, and negotiate contracts ensuring the best possible value for the project.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and material records, and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.\nStay updated on construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and deliver best-in-class results.\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of a National Diploma in electrical or mechatronic engineering;
