environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and conceptualize structural systems for commercial buildings in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.\n\nPerform structural analysis and create detailed models using software such as Prokon, AutoCAD, and Revit.\n\nEvaluate loads, materials, and environmental factors to ensure structural integrity and sustainability.\n\nDevelop structural specifications that balance performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.\n\nProvide technical guidance and oversight during construction phases, ensuring designs are correctly implemented on-site.\n\nConduct facility condition assessments and structural assessments as needed.\n\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination.\n\nMonitor project timelines, quality, and budgets, reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.\n\nStay up to date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc/BEng) or BTech in Structural Engineering.\n\nProfessional registration with ECSA (or in progress).\n\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in structural engineering design, with a strong focus on commercial projects.\n\nProficiency in structural design software, especially Prokon.\n\nStrong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.\n\nPhysically fit and able to work in both office and construction environments.\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.\n\nProven track record of successful
