This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop specialized skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTax Return Preparation: Handle the preparation and submission of various returns, including:\nSmall Company tax returns (ITR14), including nil returns.\n\nIndividual income tax returns (ITR12) for salary earners.\n\nNil Provisional returns (ITR12).\n\nTrust returns (ITR12T) - a significant part of the role.\n\nProcess Nil IRP6's.\n\nSARS & Client Correspondence: Serve as the contact point for correspondence with SARS and clients regarding registrations and general queries.\n\nRegistrations & Compliance: Process VAT, Income Tax, and PAYE registrations and de-registrations.\n\nReconciliations & Clearances: Complete EMP501 reconciliations and apply for Tax Clearance Pins.\n\nQuery Resolution: Handle SARS queries via online platforms, Zoom/Teams, and onsite visits.\n\nTeam Support: Be willing to learn from Senior Tax Consultants and assist them with day-to-day tax administration.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nExperience: Must have at least one year of experience in a tax environment (Crucial requirement).\n\nSkills & Attributes: Must be target and deadline driven.\n\nEducation (Advantageous): Studying a Tax related degree.\n\nSoftware (Advantageous): Experience in Greatsoft, E-Filing, EasyFile, and Excel is beneficial.\n\nHow to Apply:\nIf you are a motivated individual with foundational tax experience ready to step up in a busy Sandton office:\nSend your comprehensive CV to the Hire Resolve team.\n\nConnect with Lidene Pienaar via LinkedIn today!\n\n?
