Demonstrate independent delivery from requirements through transformation, modeling, visualization, deployment, and support.\n\n• Required - Core Skills: Strong Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query/M, SQL, and star-schema modeling; practical experience with row-level security, gateways, refresh, deployment pipelines, and performance tuning.\n\n• Required - Working Style: Ability to validate business metrics, manage delivery commitments, apply data quality/governance practices, and communicate clearly with U.S.-based stakeholders and distributed teams.\n\n• Preferred - Azure & Fabric: Experience with one or more of the following is a strong plus: Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, semantic models).\n\n• Preferred - Integration & Certification: API/data-source integration (REST, JSON, authentication) is a plus.
