The Recruitment Specialist will participate in or lead Kick-Off Calls with clients for new job openings, clarify the role and candidate profile, establish expectations, and translate the client's needs into an effective recruitment strategy.\nThey will also be responsible for monitoring and managing recruitment KPIs, using data to evaluate the progress of searches, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate in or lead Kick-Off Calls with external clients for every new opening to understand the client's hiring needs, expectations, and priorities.\nCollaborate with hiring managers and clients throughout the process to ensure candidate profiles and recruitment efforts remain aligned with their needs.\nAssist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.\nSearch for job candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, networking, job fairs, and other channels.\nDraft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.\nIdentify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through resume screening, interviews, and other forms of communication.\nConduct candidate video interviews and create clear, compelling profile summaries for clients.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.\nMaintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System to date.\nOwn and actively monitor recruitment KPIs for assigned searches\nReview recruitment funnel performance regularly to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n2+ years of recruiting experience across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Client Success, or other related positions.\nExperience working with international or US/Canada-based clients is a plus.\nDegree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.\nAdvanced C1/C2 level of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with Zoho Recruit or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR CRM.\nPrevious experience working with Slack, Asana, Loom, and/or similar collaboration tools.\nFamiliarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.\nStrong client-facing communication skills and confidence participating in or leading Kick-Off Calls with external clients\nUnderstanding of recruitment KPIs and the ability to monitor, analyze, and act on performance data.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.\nResults-oriented and accountable for recruitment outcomes.\nProactive and positive attitude.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building
