You should have excellent spoken and written English, strong listening skills, and the ability to adapt your communication style to different prospects.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake high-volume outbound calls to company-provided lead lists\n\nMaintain at least five hours of daily dialing time and work toward campaign targets\n\nStart engaging conversations and communicate clearly with prospects\n\nQualify prospects and schedule qualified sales meetings\n\nRecord call outcomes and update daily trackers\n\nHandle objections and maintain a professional attitude when facing rejection\n\nFollow call scripts while keeping conversations natural\n\nApply coaching and adapt to different client accounts and campaign requirements\n\nRequirements\n\nMain Qualifications\nExcellent spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally.\n\nComfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects for most of the workday\n\nResilience when handling rejection or objections, and repetitive tasks\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and maintain accurate daily records\n\nFast learner who can quickly understand new products and processes\n\nHighly Preferred\nPrevious experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting\n\nFamiliarity with cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales.\n\nExperience using a dialer or power/parallel dialing system.\n\nAbility to meet daily activity targets while maintaining conversation quality.\n\nBackground building rapport quickly and adapting communication to different leads.\n\nBenefits\n\nBase Salary: $1500 -
