If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for learning, training & development, we'd love to hear from you. \n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSecurity Awareness & Education\nLead company-wide security training & awareness initiatives and monthly/quarterly campaigns.\nCreate and deliver onboarding training for all new employees.\nTailor training content for specific groups: engineering, product, HR, finance, leadership teams.\nEnsure annual training compliance by all staff in the World Panel business.\n\nContent Creation & LMS Management\nCreate engaging content (videos, slides, newsletters) or manage third-party platforms like KnowBe4, Ninjio, or Wizer.\nPartner with HR on our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure prompt training completion across departments.\nPrepare monthly dashboards for leadership showing performance and behaviour trends.\nCompliance & Cross-Team Collaboration\nWork with HR, Legal, and Compliance to align training with regulatory requirements.\nSupport audit teams by providing training logs, evidence, and awareness documentation.\nEmbed security messages in company newsletters, events, and internal communication channels.\n\nSkills & Requirements\n2-4 years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.\nExperience with either of Ed-tech platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).\nUnderstanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, data protection).\nSkilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\nExperience with LMS systems and training tracking.\nEffective communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.\nNice to Haves:. Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content.\n. Familiarity with using AI (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for content creation and ideation.\n.
