You'll get hands-on training, documented SOPs and a direct line to the owner from day o\nDuties and Responsibilities\nYou'll own day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of small-business clients, working toward full independence after training.\nMaintain accurate general ledgers for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online\nCategorize transactions and keep books current through weekly maintenance tasks\nReconcile bank, credit card and other balance sheet accounts\nSupport full-cycle accounting, including month-end close for each client\nFollow and help refine internal SOPs as our processes mature\nFlag discrepancies, missing documents or client questions early, and communicate clearly with the owner\nHandle sensitive financial information, such as bank accounts, payroll and tax data, with discretion\nRequirements\nProficiency in QuickBooks Online\nGeneral knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting concepts, such as debits and credits, reconciliations and month-end close\nExperience in a startup or early-stage environment, and comfort with evolving processes\nSelf-motivated, with the initiative to own tasks and meet deadlines with minimal reminders\nResponsive, organized and a clear communicator\nBenefits\nHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
