You will have direct exposure to founders, investors, and key strategic decisions, and the opportunity to be part of a flexible, fast-paced work environment with opportunities to grow.\nOwn end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.\nDevelop and maintain internal controls, policies, and processes to support a scaling business.\nCollaborate with CFO/CEO on fundraising activities, investor reporting, and board packs.\nBuild forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning models to support rapid growth.\nManage cash flow and working capital; optimize cost control and resource allocation.\nOversee external relationships (auditors, tax advisors, banks).\nRecruit and develop a high-performing finance team as the business grows\nSupport M&A, due diligence, and strategic investment initiatives.\nRequirements\nEssential:\nQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).\n5-8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in a controller or similar leadership role.\nExperience in a high-growth or investment-backed environment (startup/scale-up ideal)\nStrong technical accounting and financial reporting skills (IFRS/GAAP).\nHands-on, systems-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch.\nCommercially minded, strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nDesirable:\nExperience with VC/PE-backed businesses or IPO-readiness.\nExposure to SaaS, fintech, tech, or other fast-scaling industries.\nFamiliarity with financial systems/tools (e.g., NetSuite Xero, QuickBooks, FP&A platforms).\nBenefits\nHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
