You’ll become a trusted technical partner to clients, tackling varied challenges, providing hands-on consultancy and building relationships that last.\nThis role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant, Dynamics 365 Consultant.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAct as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues\nTake support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs\nDiagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues\nProvide remote consultancy and technical support to clients\nInvestigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows\nMaintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries\nRepresent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nProven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role\nStrong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience\nExperience troubleshooting integrations\nKnowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows\n\nDesirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit.
