The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with distributed systems, and the ability to guide engineers while driving technical decisions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems.\n\n- Define technical architecture, service boundaries, and API design for critical applications.\n\n- Work closely with product managers and engineering managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\n- Drive engineering standards across coding, testing, system design, and code reviews.\n\n- Take ownership of production deployments, system reliability, debugging, and incident resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to improve infrastructure, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers, support technical discussions, and help improve overall team productivity.\n\n- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of technical initiatives.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- 5 -
