Your work will directly influence the reliability and performance of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users while driving the long-term technical strategy of the company.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems to ensure platform stability during peak traffic periods for our global customer base.\n\n- Lead the migration and maintenance of monolithic components into a scalable microservices architecture to improve deployment velocity and system modularity.\n\n- Architect end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that automate testing and deployment cycles, significantly reducing time-to-market for new feature releases.\n\n- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide architectural guidance to peer developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice adherence.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations that enhance system throughput and reduce operational latency.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling complex applications using Java, with a deep understanding of JVM internals and multi-threaded programming.\n\n- Proven ability to design and maintain distributed systems that handle high concurrency, ensuring data consistency and system resilience.\n\n- Strong command over microservices architecture, including service discovery, inter-service communication patterns, and distributed tracing.\n\n- Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD workflows, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.\n\n- A track record of solving ambiguous problems independently, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to system design.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, working effectively with both local and distributed teams.\n\n- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute is preferred, complemented by 5 -
