You can think of it as a professional network built for senior specialists who take on meaningful contracts alongside their main work. A typical contract lasts from three to six months. The product is used in 140 countries and is available in up to 20 languages. Intch has fewer than 40 people and four product areas, with three already live and one preparing to launch. Intch is rethinking how people and companies find each other and build trust online.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the B2C product end to end, including its P&L.\n\nSet the product direction and own the 3-6 month roadmap across strategy, experimentation, and delivery.\n\nDrive growth through hypothesis-driven experiments and measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention.\n\nOwn the product metrics and use data to guide decisions and prioritisation.\n\nConduct CustDev interviews and build a deep understanding of user behaviour across a global, multilingual audience.\n\nPartner with the B2B product teams to make the B2C product the connective layer across Intch’s product ecosystem.\n\nReport directly to the founder and CEO and take over the product vertical they currently lead. There is no CPO at Intch: all product owners report to the CEO, so this is the most senior product position in the company.\n\nWhat you need to succeed\n5+ years of experience in product management.\n\nA strong B2C growth track record, including experiments, acquisition, and measurable results.\n\nProven experience scaling a product that already has strong product-market fit.\n\nA strong record of improving key metrics such as growth, activation, and retention.\n\nStrong product sense and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.\n\nComfort working with data and translating insights into action.\n\nExperience working in a startup or another fast-moving, high-ownership environment.\n\nHigh autonomy, accountability, and comfort working without micromanagement.\n\nFluent Russian.\n\nWhat you get\nFull ownership of a profitable, fast-growing product and its P&L, reporting directly to the founder.\n\nA deliberately compact team (under 40 people) where everyone has a large area of ownership and streamlined collaboration.\n\nMetrics-driven culture: every function, including support and payments, owns numbers. Your P&L is your scoreboard.\n\nFlat, cross-pollinating structure: anyone in the company can bring a validated idea to your product. You can do the same across other verticals.\n\nPaid vacation and sick leave.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2551,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Russian","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Recruiting & Staffing","Freelance & Talent Marketplaces"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-14T18:51:36Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":22,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.482,"p_room":0.45,"age_days":48,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["conf:1","velocity","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/hirehire-product-manager-intch","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/hirehire-product-manager-intch.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T11:36:25Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16023,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":680013},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=680013"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fhirehire-product-manager-intch"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fhirehire-product-manager-intch"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fhirehire-product-manager-intch"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/hirehire-product-manager-intch\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fhirehire-product-manager-intch"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":914330}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"hirehire.me","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":914330},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
