With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, it serves a wide range of manufacturing industries by delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective production technologies.\nJob Descriptions\nAssemble machine tool mechanical components, including spindles, worktables, feed systems, tool changers, and protective covers according to technical drawings and work instructions.\nInstall and wire electrical components, control panels, and cable harnesses based on electrical diagrams.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform assembly, alignment, and adjustments.\nInstall and adjust precision components, including bearings, lead screws, and guideways, to ensure machine accuracy and smooth operation.\nConduct machine accuracy checks, functional testing, and trial runs to identify abnormalities.\nPerform self-inspections, identify quality issues, and support process and final inspections.\nMaintain workplace cleanliness, equipment condition, and compliance with 6S, safety, and production standards.\nSupport machine installation, commissioning, and servicing at customer sites locally or overseas when required. \nJob Requirements\nMinimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.\nExperience in mechanical or electrical assembly is an advantage, preferably in machine tools, CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or precision engineering.\nAble to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and electrical wiring diagrams.\nFamiliar with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.\nBasic knowledge of mechanical alignment, precision adjustment, electrical wiring, and machine testing.\nStrong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, safety, and workplace organisation.\nResponsible, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team.\nWilling to work overtime and travel locally or overseas for machine installation and servicing when required.\nProficiency in Mandarin reading and writing.\nLocation: Senai, Johor\nWorking Hours: Mon -
