prepare project management plans\nOversee quality, schedule, cost, safety, changes, and risk control throughout the process.\nCoordinate stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.\nParticipate in construction progress confirmation meetings with contractors and PMC team.\nAble to steer meeting direction and make accurate judgments to guide project schedule optimization.\nBe responsible for project completion and acceptance; coordinate and manage the design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of MEP systems.\nOrganize and manage manpower, finances, and materials entering the project site.\nCoordinate relationships among subcontractors and resolve issues arising during construction in a timely manner.\nMaintain good coordination with various business departments, actively cooperate with government acceptance procedures and inspections by relevant authorities.\nPromptly report any safety or quality incidents during construction to company leadership and work with relevant departments.\nDuring the acceptance and handover phase, inspect project completion status and documentation; provide acceptance plans, organize acceptance processes and review completion documents; assist in audit and handover procedures, and support relevant departments in project settlement.\nAfter project completion, prepare project summaries, provide improvement suggestions, and accumulate knowledge and experience for future reference.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Engineering Management, or related fields.\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; experience in data center projects is preferred.\nFamiliar with the design and construction processes and tools for MEP systems such as power systems, lighting systems, water supply and drainage systems, and HVAC systems (e.g., AutoCAD, P6).\nExperience in MEP project management; familiar with project management processes and methodologies; able to develop project schedules and budgets, and perform change management and risk management.\nHardworking, responsible, resilient, with strong communication skills;
