With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain all project documentation, including engineering drawings, RFIs, technical queries, material submissions, meeting minutes, and correspondence.\n\nEnsure proper document registration, distribution, filing, version control, and traceability in accordance with project requirements.\n\nMaintain document control systems, databases, logs, and approval tracking records.\n\nCoordinate document submissions and monitor review/approval status with consultants, PMC, and clients.\n\nDistribute approved and commented documents to relevant project stakeholders and maintain accurate records.\n\nSupport communication between project teams, consultants, and external parties by facilitating document coordination and language translation when required.\n\nPrepare and maintain bilingual/trilingual document lists, meeting minutes, and approval records.\n\nAssist in organizing project documentation for meetings, audits, and handover processes.\n\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in document control within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data center projects.\n\nFamiliar with engineering documentation, drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and document management systems.\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office and document management software.\n\nAble to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin;
