With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.\nJob Description (JD)\nImplement, monitor, and enforce EHS policies and procedures at construction sites in accordance with the company's EHS management system.\n\nConduct EHS site induction and safety training for new employees, subcontractors, and management personnel.\n\nCollect, organize, and maintain EHS-related data for statistical analysis, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting.\n\nIdentify workplace hazards, assess associated risks, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\n\nAssist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Job Safety Observations (JSO) and risk assessments.\n\nMaintain complete and accurate EHS documentation to support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.\n\nEnsure construction site compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and statutory requirements, including those set by Malaysia's Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).\n\nMonitor contractors' safety performance and ensure compliance with site safety rules and standards.\n\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders on EHS-related matters.\n\nManage and maintain the site office, first aid room, and other related facilities.\n\nPrepare EHS-related memos, warning notices, and duty rosters as required.\n\nMaintain accurate safety records, inspection reports, work permits, and statutory documentation.\n\nAssist in internal and external audits, including inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.\n\nSupport the Safety Officer in carrying out EHS responsibilities and perform any other ad hoc EHS-related duties assigned by management.\n\nJob Requirements (JR)\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nRegistered as an OSH Coordinator with Malaysia's Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).\n\nMinimum 1-3 years of EHS experience in construction projects; experience in data center, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage.\n\nPossession of valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications is preferred.\n\nGood knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions and prepare reports.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to make sound judgments and decisions under pressure.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\n\nFamiliarity with EHS management systems and reporting tools is an advantage.\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills;
