With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the collection, compilation, proofreading, filing, and maintenance of electrical and MEP testing documentation, technical records, and test reports to ensure complete, accurate, and traceable project documentation.\n\nMonitor testing project progress, coordinate documentation deliverables, and liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.\n\nOversee daily administrative operations, site affairs, and logistics coordination for overseas project teams, ensuring smooth office and project execution.\n\nAssist in developing and improving standardized procedures for project documentation and general affairs management to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.\n\nManage testing instruments, testing fixtures, load bank equipment, and related assets, including inventory control, allocation, calibration, maintenance, record keeping, and periodic stock verification.\n\nCoordinate the procurement, shipment, return, inventory, and usage of testing consumables, tools, and project materials to ensure sufficient resources are available for project execution.\n\nMaintain accurate project records and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Testing Department.\n\nPerform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.\n\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (MEP), Automation, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.\n\nCandidates with an Administration or Secretarial background and relevant engineering or project coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.\n\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in engineering documentation, project coordination, or general affairs.\n\nExperience in data center projects, electrical testing, commissioning, or overseas projects will be an added advantage.\n\nAbility to prepare and compile project reports independently.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.\n\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.\n\nGood communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nSelf-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.\n\nAble to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting testing or commissioning teams in engineering projects.\n\nFamiliarity with engineering documentation control systems and asset management processes.\n\nExperience coordinating project logistics and equipment management across multiple project sites.\n\nWillingness to travel for project support when required.\n\nLocation: Kapar, Klang Salary Range: RM4k -
