With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.\nJob Descriptions\nManage monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims and deductions.\nHandle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.\nMaintain accurate employee payroll, attendance, leave and personal records.\nVerify payroll inputs and prepare payroll reports, payslips and related documentation.\nHandle employee enquiries regarding payroll, statutory contributions and related matters.\nAssist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final salary calculations.\nEnsure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements.\nSupport HRIS/payroll system updates, HR reporting and other HR-related projects.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations preferred.\nHands-on experience with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.\nFamiliar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp.\nExperience with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong numerical skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.\nGood communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.\nLocation: Senai, Johor\nWorking Hours: Mon -
