The company focuses on precision engineering, innovation, and efficient manufacturing to support the automotive industry.\nJob Descriptions\nOversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and HR administration.\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.\nHandle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support a positive employee relations environment.\nCoordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives.\nVerify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.\nEnsure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.\nMaintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and HRIS data.\nCoordinate training programmes, employee engagement activities, and HR-related projects.\nReview and improve HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.\nPerform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.\nExperience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.\nGood knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.\nStrong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nAble to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nProficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.\n Willing to travel to China for training (2-3 months).\n\nLocation: Senai, Johor\nWorking Hours: Mon -
