coordinators and associates in providing logistics operational support functions such as customer service, trucking coordination, and the preparation and maintenance of operational documents, reports, correspondence, and expenses.\nThe role will also assist the Operations Supervisor in daily office activities and communications with customers.\nJob Description\nPrimary Responsibilities\n Guide a team of coordinator associates to provide administrative support to the Operations team.\nHandle order processing and prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.\nAssist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.\nPerform tracking and tracing functions and assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications.\nLiaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly.\nCorrespond and liaise with customers and attend to their enquiries.\nHandle any other ad-hoc or administrative duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics, with at least 3 years of experience in shipping or trade and compliance.\nDiploma or above in Logistics Management or equivalent.\nIn-depth knowledge of trade and compliance, including experience working with customs or government agencies.\nExpertise in managing air freight, ocean freight, and cross-border trucking, including specialized cargo handling such as Dangerous Goods (DG).\nGood working knowledge of logistics operational areas such as distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, and materials management.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nGood knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nGood customer relationship management skills.\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications.\nAbility to remain calm and focused under high-pressure and fast-paced environments, especially when handling high-value orders or tight deadlines.\nLocation: Iskandar Puteri, Johor\nSalary Range:
