Job Responsibilities:\nComply with all relevant national and regional laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant project execution.\nAssist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring construction activities from project commencement through completion and handover.\nReview engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.\nCoordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.\nMonitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost performance; identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.\nSupervise site activities and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.\nAttend site meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions with project stakeholders.\nSupport the management of M&E systems, including power supply, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water supply, and drainage systems.\nAssist in the preparation and review of project schedules, work plans, method statements, and technical reports.\nCoordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities to ensure successful project delivery.\nEnsure compliance with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and project quality standards.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, progress records, technical submissions, and handover documents.\nReport project progress, technical issues, safety concerns, and risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction, M&E, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.\nFamiliar with M&E systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, ventilation, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems.\nKnowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, safety requirements, and project execution practices.\nProficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other engineering and project management software.\nAble to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.\nStrong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage.\nWilling to travel and work at project sites when required.\nResponsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a project team.\nProficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.\n\nLocation: Kempas, Johor Bahru\nSalary Range: RM4k -
