perform SPC, MSA, and Cpk analysis; lead root-cause investigation and corrective actions (8D).\nQuality System: Maintain and continuously improve the IATF 16949 quality management system; prepare and support internal audits, second-party audits, and external certification audits.\nNew Product / Process Development: Lead APQP activities for new parts and new processes; complete PPAP submissions and obtain customer approvals; review control plans, PFMEA, and work instructions.\nCustomer & Supplier Quality: Handle customer complaints, lead 8D reports, and track closure;
